Grape bunches destemmed, and fermentation started 48 hours later.\u00a0 Controlled fermentation during 7 days using selected yeasts, followed by 20 days of maceration.\u00a0 2 months in dep\u00f2sit, later filtered and bottled in order to preserve aromes and flavors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alcohol: <\/strong>14.5%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serving Temperature:<\/strong> 16-18\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oenologist:<\/strong> Joaquim Bielsa Ferr\u00fas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting note: <\/strong>Red with purple hues.
